Hi Everyone
My name is Shelby. I plan to transfer to the University of California at Berkeley to major in Interdisciplinary Studies. I mostly knit. Here are some of my completed projects. Hope you like. Feel free to leave comments or ask questions.
A sweater using thick-and-thin yarn
A lace yoga mat bag (pattern from Stitch 'n Bitch Nation by Debbie Stoller) knitted in cotton
A lace heart scarf (pattern can be obtained from www.knitty.com)
A fluffy beanie (pattern from Stitch 'n Bitch: The Knitter's Handbook By Debbie Stoller). The silk blend gives it some shine.
A Tweed scarf (pattern from Stitch 'n Bitch Nation by Debbie Stoller). One side of the scarf is a 2 x 1 rib and the other is a mock-cable rib. It was quick and easy :)

A beaded purse I made to match my Prom dress (back in the day). The beads are incorporated into the knitting.
Currently, I am working on my biggest project ever. I can't describe it or show pictures because it is a surprise gift. I just hope to finish it on time. Wish me luck! Happy knitting!
